I am an experienced Designer, with 15 years working for world renowned high end luxury and premium brands. I am passionate about offering my varied experience to help brands flourish.
ABOUT MY JOURNEY
I started my career in 2010, working as an in house Womenswear Designer for Burberry, Versace and Tom Ford, across all product categories. During this time I worked on up to 6 collections a year, on runway shows, couture, capsule collections and commercial product lines. I began consulting in 2014 and have worked for a range of brands including Paul Smith, Jenny Packham, Saloni and Reiss. I have designed entire ranges / capsule collections, given full creative direction, also working as a regular design consultant or helping design teams at a busy time. My experience working freelance means that I am able to work seamlessly within a new environment but also confident to suggest where improvements can be made, with respect to existing processes.

In 2015, in need of a new challenge, I merged my love of vintage jewellery and entrepreneurial spirit to start my own brand, BAR Jewellery. The brand is now sold internationally at retailers including Dover Street Market, Nordstrom and Farfetch and is widely distributed in notable stores across Japan. It has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Another, The Independent and worn by Meghan Markle and Emma Watson.
From design to production, managing online orders, web design, pricing, sales, PR and more, the experience of starting my own brand has given me a well rounded knowledge of how to take an idea and develop it into a successful business. Without external funding, my passion and resourcefulness were the driving forces that allowed it to go from strength to strength. I have a first hand understanding of the many challenges that businesses face, from the day to day issues to higher level strategy.
I have a specific interest in positive fashion, I am constantly researching this area, speaking to other people involved in sustainability and I keep a close eye on market trends.
